摘    要: 为了获得高效率多波段激光输出,通过高重复频率驱动声光调Q技术和LD侧面泵浦技术,获得高功率高重频窄脉宽1.06 μm激光输出。利用起偏器件获得垂直和水平两束1.06 μm线偏振光,一束垂直线偏振光泵浦非线性晶体周期极化钽酸锂(PPLT),实现1.46 μm与3.9 μm激光输出后与另一束1.06 μm水平线偏振光合束,实现三波段共轴激光输出。在电源输入电流35  A、调Q驱动频率10 kHz的条件下,获得140 W的1.06 μm激光。分束后泵浦PPLT获得最高功率为6.3 W的3.9 μm和8.6 W的1.46 μm激光,差频转化效率为21.3%。试验结果表明:通过高重频声光调Q技术和LD侧面泵浦技术,可以实现高重频窄脉宽1.06 μm光输出,泵浦PPLT可获3.9 μm和1.46 μm激光输出。

Abstract:To acquire high efficiency multi-band laser,we used the acousto-optic Q-switched technology driven by high repetition rate and the laser-diode(LD) side pumped technology to obtain the 1.06 μm laser output with high repetition rate ,high power and narrow width. Then we got two 1.06 μm linearly polarized light  beams in vertical and horizontal directions by external cavity polarimeter. The vertical beam was split into one 1.46 μm laser beam and one 3.9 μm mid-IR beam by pumping periodically poled lithium tantalate (PPLT), and another 1.06 μm horizontal laser beam was mixed with the 1.46 μm and 3.9 μm beams to realize triple-waveband coaxial laser output finally. As the input current was 35A and the Q-switched frequency was 10 kHz, we could get 1.06 μm laser with 140 W output. After laser splitting and pumping PPLT, we could get 3.9 μm and 1.46 μm laser output with top power of 6.3 W and 8.6 W, respectively, and the difference frequency conversion efficiency was 21.3%. The experiment results demonstrate that the high-repetition narrow-width 1.06 μm laser can be acquired by using high-repetition-rate electro-optical Q-switched technology and LD-side-pumped technology, and pumping PPLT can gain 3.9 μm and 1.46 μm laser output.
