| 摘 要： | 激光光斑尺寸和激光束腰光斑尺寸是徇激光器性能的重要参数。本文探讨用CCD作为探测传感器精确地测出激光光斑尺寸和束腰光斑尺寸，克服了传统测量的繁杂过程^1]，并用计算机进行控制及数据处理，大大提高了测量精度和效率，为激光器性能研究和光信息处理提供了一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | The spot size of laser and its beam waist is the important parameter for assessing the performance of lasers. With CCD as a detecting sensor, the precision measurement for the spot size of laser and its beam waist is discussed in this paper. The miscelaneous process of traditional measurement is eliminated, and the measuring accuracy and efficiency are improved by the new method. |
