| Abstract: | An approximate theory of dipolar relaxation by the soft modes of magnetic vacancies and dislocations gives and 1 for the power-law exponents of T2, while proton T1 and EPR linewidth measurements yield 0.67 ± 0.04 and 1.0 ± 0.1. |
