蒸发式冷凝器经济技术分析

分析了蒸发式冷凝器的传热机理、结构和技术特点 ,基于投资经济学理论及其分析方法建立了经济技术分析模型 ,应用该模型对制冷装置的冷凝器选型做了运行期经济效益分析计算。结果表明 ,采用蒸发式冷凝器可大幅节约运行费用 ,间接产生较大的投资回报。文中建立的分析模型对投资和设计方案的评估分析具有广泛的参考价值。

Economical-technical Analysis of Evaporative Cooled Condenser

In this paper, the heat transfer theory and the characteristic of structure and technique for evaporative condenser are analyzed. A mathematical model for economical-technical analysis based on the investment-economics theory and its analyzing methods has been established and applied to analyze and calculate the economical properties of refrigerating device with different type of condensers. The result shows that the refrigerating device, which uses evaporative condenser can reduce its running expenses by a wide margin, and indirectly get a large yield of investment. The model suggests a good way for us to evaluate and analyze the projects of investment and design.
