摘    要:微波加热装置工作过程会散发大量的热量,如果不能及时排出,会造成输出功率的下降。本文以九个磁控管加热单元组成的微波加热装置为研究对象,首先提出一种风冷散热结构设计,接着通过Fluent热仿真软件验证结构设计的合理性,然后通过对比分析加热装置进风口位置、面积大小等因素对散热效果的影响,对散热结构进行改进,进一步提高了内部磁通管结构的温度一致性,强化了加热装置的散热能力。

Abstract:The microwave heating device will emit a lot of heat during the working process. If it cannot be discharged in time, it will cause a decrease in the output power of the magnetron. In this paper, a microwave heating device composed of nine magnetron heating units was taken as the research object. First, an air-cooled heat dissipation structure design was proposed, the rationality of the structural design was verified by fluent thermal simulation software. Then based on the analysis of the effects of air inlet position and area size of the heating device on the heat dissipation, the heat dissipation structure was further improved and finally met the actual heat dissipation requirements.
