大冷量长寿命斯特林制冷机压缩机研究

摘    要:论述了大冷量长寿命斯特林制冷机直线压缩机的结构和原理,对电机磁路进行了优化设计,获得了22.5N/A的电机比推力。将此压缩机与冷指直径为20mm的膨胀机进行进行了匹配试验,获得6.5W/80K的制冷量。

Abstract:The structure and principle of the compressor for Stirling cryocooler with large cooling capacity and long life were described in the paper.Optimizing design of magnet circuit was finished.An electromagnetic force of 22.5N/A was achieved.A Stirling cryocooler of 6.5W/80K was formed by integrating this compressor with expander of 20mm cold finger.
