高温超导感应电机分析与仿真

摘    要:将一个320kW的普通鼠笼式感应电机进行改造,分别采用两种不同的高温超导材料Bi-2223/Ag和YBCO,替代原电机的导条和端环。采用等效电路的分析方法,并结合能在较宽的电场强度与电密范围内描述超导材料特性的Weibull函数,分析超导感应电机性能。分析表明,超导感应电机的启动转矩有明显提高,且稳定后可达到同步速,稳定运行效率提高。进一步对这两种不同材料对电机的影响进行分析,表明采用YBCO的电机性能更好。最后对电机的暂态过程进行仿真。

Abstract:Based on a traditional squirrel cage induction motor of 320kW,this paper replaces the motor bars and ring with YBCO coated conductor and Bi-2223/Ag tapes respectively.Then the motor is analyzed with a commonly used equivalent circuit model and Weibull function which can express the J-E curve of the HTS material within a large range of electric field.It shows that the starting torque is enhanced apparently,the synchronous speed exists and the efficiency is higher.Furthermore,the difference between the performance of the two motors with different HTS materials is analyzed.It shows that the performance of the motor with YBCO is better.At last,the transient characteristic of the motor is simulated.
