摘    要:设计了基于液氮的低温冷冻治疗系统,并进行动物组织实验研究,得到组织关键测温点的温度变化;并对冷冻过程进行数值模拟,将实验结果与模拟冷冻结果进行对比,根据二者的差异对数值模拟中采用的组织热物性参数进行修正,使模拟结果更接近于实际冷冻过程.

Abstract:A cryosurgery system was designed to implement the experimental research in vitro swine liver;and with the finite element analysis software Fluent,the simulation of temperature field in the swine liver was also presented.According to the errors between the two groups,the liver thermal parameters for the simulation were modified to make the two matched.
