摘    要:设计仿真了微带曲折结构的延迟线,并采用直径为2英寸,厚度为0.3mm的铝酸镧衬底双面超导薄膜制备了实际的电路。实测结果显示:此单片高温超导微带延迟线样品在1~6GHz的频率范围内,延时26ns以上,插入损耗小于0.11dB/ns,驻波比优于1.3。

Abstract:A high temperature superconducting(HTS) delay line with meandered structure was designed and simulated in the paper.The delay line was fabricated on 2″ LaALO3 substrate with a thickness of 0.3mm,which was double-coated with YBCO films.The measured results show that from 1GHz to 6GHz the delay time is 26ns and the insertion loss is lower than 0.11dB/ns,VSWR is 1.3.
