| 摘 要： | 介绍焓差法试验室测试装置,论述PLC可编程在焓差法试验室中的应用,PLC控制制冷系统的策略,采取制冷系统持续运转降温除湿,干球、湿球温度控制仪表分别控制加热器和加湿器功率输出,来调节投入空气中的热量和水份,从而获得所需要的空气温度和湿度。分析焓差法试验室测量精度的影响因素,提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | The test device,programmable PLC application and the control strategy of refrigertion systrem for emthalpy difference were introduced.Keep the refrigeration system run for the temperature drop and dehumidification.The dry ball and wet bulb temperature gauges were used to control the power output of the heater and humidifier respetively so as to adjust the heat and moisture for air temperature and humidity.The factors to influence the measurement accuracy were analyzed and the solution was provided. |
