喷淋蒸发翅管式冷凝器传热传质研究

摘    要:采用蒸发式冷凝器可以降低制冷装置不可逆传热损失,提高机组效率。该文提出在制冷装置中采用喷淋蒸发翅管式冷凝器,分析了喷淋蒸发翅管式冷凝器的传热过程,建立其传热传质数学模型和设计计算方法,简要分析了环境温湿度、管翅结构、风速、淋水量等一些主要因素对传热传质性能的影响,为该种冷凝器的设计和应用提供理论参考。

Abstract:The usage of the evaporative condenser can bring about the reduction of the irreversible loss from the heat transferring in the refrigerating device,and increase the efficiency of the mechanism.This article advances the application of the fin-and-tube condenser with spray evaporating to the refrigerating device,analyzes the heat transfer process of the fin-and-tube condenser under the sprinkling operational conditions,establishes the heat and mass transfer numerical model and the method for designing and calculating.The influence to the heat and mass transfer function by some main factors is also analyzed concisely,such as the temperature and the humidity of the environment,the construction of the finned tube,the air velocity,the quantity of spraying water and so on.All of that will provide the theoretical reference for the design and application of this kind of condenser.
