蒸发式冷凝器传热性能实验研究

摘    要:建立了蒸发式冷凝器传热性能测试实验台,着重研究了在传热实验台上蒸发式冷凝器管外水膜的传热性能.通过调节不同影响参数,测试了冷却水量和冷却风量对蒸发式冷凝器管外水膜传热系数的影响.实验结果表明,当喷淋密度为0.061kg/(m·s)和迎面风速为4.9m/s时,从经济性和安全性方面考虑,蒸发式冷凝器传热性能达到最佳状态.此...

Abstract:To study the heat transfer performances of the water film outside of evaporative condenser tubes,the experimental apparatus was built up.In this paper,the effects of the spray density and the head-on air velocity on the heat transfer coefficient were investigated emphasizely under various operation conditions.The experimental results showed that when spray density was 0.061 kg·m-1·s-1 and head-on air velocity was 4.9m·s-1,the heat transfer performances of the evaporative condenser came to optimum state.Further more,the classical correlation equation for the heat transfer coefficient of the water film was obtained through regression analysis of the experimental data.In addition,the influence of the head-on air velocity on the heat transfer coefficient was very impartment.
