集成微型杜瓦的研制

摘    要:随着红外技术的迅速发展和广泛应用,为红外探测器提供低温环境的杜瓦和制冷机技术也有了较大的进展,出现了杜瓦和斯特林制冷机集成体,即IDCA组件。它是将微型杜瓦与斯特林制冷机集成一体,制冷机的冷指与杜瓦的芯柱合二为一,消除了杜瓦芯柱的热传导及制冷机与杜瓦冷头之间的温差,较大程度地降低了系统的能耗,减轻了制冷机重量,使系统结构更紧凑。文中介绍了红外PtSi256×256CCD用0.5W微型IDCA组件中集成微型杜瓦的结构特点和一些实验结果。

Abstract:With rapid development and wide application of the infrared technique, the technique of micro Dewar and cryocooler for infrared detectors is also making a marvellous progress. The integration between Stirling cryocooler and the micro Dewar (IDCA) comes into a big being. It integrates the micro Dewar with Stirling cryocooler, eliminating the heat conduction of the mandril and the difference in temperature between the cryocooler finger and the micro Dewar cooling head, decreasing the system energy consume to a grant extent, reducing the weihgt of the cooler and making the stracture of the system more compact. This paper introduces the special structure and some experimental results of the 0.5W IDCA with the micro Dewar in application of the PtSi256×256CCD infrared plane system.
