摘    要:多晶样品YBa2Cu3-xLaxO7-δ(0≤x≤0.15)和YBa2Cu3-xGdxO7-δ(0≤x≤0.15)通过固相反应法制备得来.通过结构参数分析,我们发现La首先替代Cu(1)位,然后开始部分替代Ba,而Gd开始替代Cu(2)位然后替代Cu(1)位.YBa2Cu3-xLaxO7-δ和YBa2Cu3-xGdxO...

Abstract:The poly-crystallized samples of YBa2Cu3-xLaxO7-δ(0≤x≤0.15) and Y(Ba1-xGdx)2Cu3O7-δ(0≤x≤0.15)were prepared by standard solid state reactions method.By analysis of the structural parameters,we found that La prefers to occupy Cu(1) sites then partially occupy Ba sites,while Gd prefers to occupy Cu(2)sites then Cu(1) sites.Tc for YBa2Cu3-xLaxO7-δ and Y(Ba1-xGdx)2Cu3O7-δ change zigzagly and decrease with increasing x.Obviously,a little La or Gd-doping can enhance Jc.The optimal doping content of YBa2Cu3-xLaxO7-δ(0.04) is less than YBa2Cu3-xGdxO7-δ(0.07),because magnetic Gd3+ ions can generate field-induced type pinning centers but nonmagnetic La3+ ions can′t.
