摘    要:研究了CERNOX温度计在液氦温区不同激励电流下因自热效应导致的测温偏差情况,建立了基于有限空间自然对流散热模型来解释自热效应,通过该模型可以预测温度传感器在给定激励电流下的温度示数。为了验证模型的准确性,设计并完成了4.2 K温区不同激励电流下CERNOX温度计的测温实验,实验结果与理论预测符合较好,同时表明如果激励电流选择不当,温度计的自热效应会对测温结果产生较大偏差,并可能对温度传感器造成损坏。

Abstract:The temperature rise caused by the self-heating effect of CERNOX thermometer with different excitation currents at 4.2 K was studied.A heat dissipation model based on limited-space natural convection was established.The model could be used to predict the indicated temperature under a given excitation current.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,a measuring experiment of CERNOX thermometer with different excitation current at 4.2 K was designed and completed.The experimental results were in good agreement with the theoretical prediction.Combined with theory and experiment,it could be proved that if the excitation current was not chosen properly,the self-heating effect of thermometer would cause great error to the result of temperature measurement and might even cause a damage to the sensor.
