摘    要:本文设计了一种用于磁偏置高温超导故障限流器的平行带材式YBCO超导无感线圈,该线圈由10个单元模块串联而成,每个模块的设计采用一种新型的正反S弯绕制工艺及自张紧结构。实验研究了单模块直流35 kV耐压性能、整个线圈在77 K工作温度下的临界电流性能,以及10 ms且有效值为250 A故障电流冲击下暂态电阻性能。结果表明,超导无感线圈在77 K环境下的临界电流为83 A,10 ms故障电流冲击下的限流电阻约为0.83Ω。测试结果满足设计要求。

Abstract:In this paper,a parallel ribbon YBCO superconducting non inductive coil for the SFCL with bias magnetic field was designed.The coil was composed of 10 modules in series.Each module adopted a new positive and negative S-bend winding process and self tension structure design.The single module DC 35 kV withstand voltage performance,the critical current performance of the whole coil at 77 K operating temperature and the transient resistance performance under fault current impulse of 10 ms and effective value of 250 A were studied.The experimental results show that the critical current of the coil is 83 A at 77 K,and the current limiting resistance under 10 ms fault current impulse is about 0.83Ω.Those results meet the design requirements.
