摘    要:为了满足ITER(国际热核聚变反应堆计划) PF(极向场)高温超导电流引线运行所需要的5K端能量损耗,根据IO(ITER国际组织)的设计要求,对分流器进行了优化设计。为检验分流器漏热性能,对分流器的材料参数进行了研究,建立了分流器物理模型,并进行了理论漏热值计算,同时运用焓差法对漏热值进行了测试,结果表明理论值与试验值基本吻合,均满足IO的设计要求。该型高温超导电流引线分流器的成功应用将会为未来CFETR高温超导电流引线分流器的设计、制造及测试提供技术指导。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of 5 K heat load for ITER high temperature superconducting current lead test,according to the IO design requirements,the shunt components of ITER high temperature superconducting current lead were designed and optimized.In order to check the heat load performance of shunt components,the material parameters were studied,physical model for shunt component was established,then theoretical value was calculated,and heat load also was tested using the Enthalpy potential method.By comparing these results,the theoretical value and test value are almost undifferentiated and IO design requirements is wet.The successful application of ITER shunt components will provide technical guidance for the design,manufacture and test of CFETR high-temperature superconducting current lead shunt components.
