摘    要:本文介绍了制冷机中铝合金活塞气缸的加工工艺,通过运用ANSYS分析软件进行人工时效及温度冲击对零件变形影响的分析,优化了工艺设计,并用Minitab16软件对优化后的工艺流程的工艺能力进行监控和分析,验证优化后工艺设计的正确性及小批量生产的适用性。

Abstract:The processing technology of aluminium alloy piston cylinder in cryocooler was introduced by this paper. First, the influence of artificial aging and temperature shock on parts deformation was analyzed by using Ansys software. Then, the process design was optimizd, the capability of process flow was monitored and analyzed. Later, the correctness of optimized process design and the applicability of small batch production were verified.
