摘    要:通过输运测量得到了磁场垂直于晶体c轴时Bi2212单晶的不可逆线,发现在2 T附近发生变化趋势的改变,表明Josephson涡旋物质在此处可能存在相变或渡越行为.采用涡旋弯折扩展模型,分别讨论了低场/高温和高场/低温区域的不可逆线的表达式,并采用这些表达式很好拟合了实验得到的对应区域的不可逆线.

Abstract:The irreversibility line (IL) with the applied magnetic field perpendicular to the c-axis of crystal in Bi2212 single crystal was obtained by resistivity measurement. It was found that IL shows temperature dependence crossover around 2 T, which impliesthat the Josephson vortex matter may has phase transition or some crossover behavior at that field. IL expressions for low field/high temperature and high field/low temperature regions were deduced, respectively, by using the vortex kink expansion model. The deduced expressions can well reproduce IL obtained in the experimental.
