| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新颖的分布式多通道计算机视觉测量系统 ,并成功地解决了钢卷尺自动检测问题。讨论了系统的原理、HUB控制器的设计、图像自动识别与自动检测以及定时器编程等核心技术。实践证明 ,分布式多通道计算机视觉测量系统可以实现工业领域中多目标的高速视觉测量与在线质量监控

| Abstract: | The distributed multi channels computer vision measurement system is indroduced in this paper. The core theory of this system is discussed by an example: Automatic measurement of steel tape, HUB controller, automatic recogniting, auto inspecting and timer program. Practices strongly prove that this new system can be used to achieve high speed industrial multiobjects vision measurement. |
