透反射率自动化测量系统设计

摘    要:应用虚拟仪器技术,基于"DF透反仪"的测量思想和光路设计,设计了大角度范围自动化测量透反射率系统,工作波长为6328nm,透反射率测量角度范围可以达到5°~80°。重点讨论了透反射率自动化测量系统的测量原理和信号获取方法,介绍了系统的机械设计、自动化测量以及数据的采集和处理。

Abstract:The transmissivity and reflectivity automatic measuring system with wide measuring angular range is designed using the technology of virtual instrument,based on the measuring idea and optic design of "differential transmissivity and reflectivity measurer".The working wavelength of the automatic measuring system is 6328nm.The angular range of transmissivity and reflectivity measuring is from 5° to 80°.The principle of measurement and the acquisition of signal is presented emphatically.The mechanical design,automatic measuring,the data acquisition and process are introduced.
