微型星敏感器实验室测试系统研究

摘    要:微型星敏感器以其质量小、体积小、功耗小、精度高的优点在小型卫星中得到了越来越多的应用。常规的地面测试装置设备复杂,费用昂贵,调试困难。在实验室条件下设计并实现了一种简单有效的测试系统,并分析了系统参数对测试精度的影响,给出了设计原则。针对清华大学所设计的星敏感器的原理样机进行了实验测试和误差分析,结果验证了星敏感器的设计指标。实验系统能完成微型星敏感器的性能和指标评价,可用于微型星敏感器的快速原型设计。

Abstract:Featuring micro mass, volume, power consumption and high accuracy, micro star tracker gains broad application in microsatellites. Conventional ground-based test system which requires complicated and expensive equipments is inappropriate for such mission. The design and realization of a simple low-cost laboratory test system are reported. The relationship of design parameter to emulation accuracy is analyzed. And the design principles are given. With this system, the test of a micro star tracker designed by Tsinghua University has been performed successfully. Experiment results meet design requirement of the star tracker. It is concluded that this system is capable of validation of micro star tracker in short time with low cost. Thus it's naturally suitable for the rapid prototyping of micro star tracker.
