摘    要:为了增强光谱测试系统的数据采集和分析处理能力,对新兴的基于微型计算机的测试仪器技术———虚拟仪器作了研究,并将其引入光谱测试中。以编译型的可视化图形编程环境LabVIEW(实验室虚拟仪器工程平台)作为开发平台,开发出用于光谱测试和光谱数据处理的虚拟仪器系统。对光源和光探测器的光谱特性进行测试的实例表明,在LabVIEW上构建的虚拟仪器提高了光谱测试的自动化程度、精确度和测试效率。虚拟仪器在光电检测中的应用具有广阔的发展前景

Abstract:The newly developing computer based instrument virtual instrument is studied and is introduced into the spectrum measuring system so as to enhance its data acquisition and processing ability. Using the graphical programming environment LabVIEW as the developing platform, virtual instruments to be used in the spectrum measurement and its data processing has been developed. Practical spectrum characteristic measurement of light source and light detector indicated that through the use of virtual instrument which is constructed on LabVIEW, the automation level and accuracy as well as the efficiency of spectrum measurement has been improved. It is believed that virtual instrument will be used more and more in the opto electronic measurement.
