摘    要:通过对四象限光电探测系统中各种信号计算方法及束斑强度分布影响的深入了解可以在系统硬件确定的条件下,利用计算技巧来获得比较理想的系统特性。本文分析、对比了各种计算、处理方法下,束斑在四象限光敏区位移产生的误差曲线。对光强分布均匀的束斑采用了分区平面积分的方法,对光强呈高斯型分布的束斑借助了计算机逐点二维数值积分、曲线拟合等计算手段求解。所得结果均以曲线图形方式表达。

Abstract:By deep understanding the affections of calculation method and beam- spot intensity dis-tribution for a four-quadrant opto- electronic detestive system, we can obtain ideal system characteris-tics,using calculation skill,when the system hardware is given.The error curves produced by the leam- spot movement in four- quadramt optical sensitive area un-der the all calculating and processing methods are analysed and compared.To leam-spots with uniform intensity distribution, partitioned plane integration method is used; to beam-spots with Gaussian distri- bution of intensity,problem is solved by the calculation means of computer point-by-point two-dimen-sional numerical integration and curve fitting. All results are presented by curve patterns.
