摘    要:两块或多块玻璃是否同属于一块玻璃,是在刑事检验鉴定中经常遇到的问题。由于透明平面玻璃的折射率均匀,干涉条纹有明显的规律和较强的连续性,其干涉条纹只受厚度的影响,所以,利用激光作为光源,采用干涉条纹法,通过比较玻璃干涉条纹的形状、特点、取向是否一致以及接口处的干涉条纹是否连续、规律、无重叠现象、是否吻合对接等特征来判断两块或多块玻璃碎片是否同属于一个整体。干涉条纹法是一种较好的同一认定手段,并在检验鉴定实践中得到了证明

Abstract:Whether two or more pieces of glass are part of the same block is a common problem in forensic examination identification. Transparent plane glass has homogeneous index of refraction. Its interference fringe is obviously regular and continuous, influenced only by thiekness. So we can identify whether two or more pieces of glass are part of the same block by using laser and interference fringe to compare the identfication of fringes form, feature and direction and to see if the fringes at joint is continuous, regular and without overlapping. It is proved by practice that this method is an effective measure for identification.
