摘    要:杨 顾算法是一种设计衍射光学元件的相位恢复方法。在大多数文献中,主要用它来设计一维衍射光学元件和具有旋转对称结构的二维衍射光学元件,故在此称之为一维杨 顾算法。二维杨 顾算法可用来设计任意结构的二维衍射光学元件。在基于非幺正变换光学系统中,用振幅 相位恢复理论建立了二维杨 顾算法的数学模型,给出了迭代算法。利用自编的仿真程序包设计了一个具有非对称结构的衍射相位元件。

Abstract:Yang-Gu algorithm is a kind of phase-retrieval arithmetic for design diffractive optical elements. In almost all literatures, it is mainly used to compute one-dimensional diffractive optical elements and two-dimensional diffractive optical elements with rotationally symmetric structures. Therefore, it is called one-dimensional Yang-Gu algorithm here. In order to overcome the limitation of one-dimensional Yang-Gu algorithm, the two-dimensional Yang-Gu algorithm is proposed, which can be used to design two-dimensional diffractive optical elements with an arbitrary structure. In the same time, the math-model about two-dimensional Yang-Gu algorithm is established based on the general principle of the amplitude-phase retrieval problem in non-unitary transforming optical systems, and the iterative process is given. Finally, a diffractive phase element with the asymmetric structure is designed using the self-programming emulating package.
