摘    要:介绍了CMOSAPS(有源像素图像传感器 )的原理与结构 ,并介绍了发展现状。详细分析比较了CMOS图像传感器相对CCD的性能特点 ,讨论了CMOS图像传感器在空间技术中的可应用领域 ,尤其是在微纳型卫星遥感成像、姿态敏感方面替代CCD的应用可行性

Abstract:For nano satellite, CCD is difficult to reach the requirements of volume, weight and power consumption in the fields of on satellite image acquisition such as remote sensing and attitude determination CMOS image sensor, with the corresponding characters, provides the potential realization of the image function in nano sate The theory and architectures of CMOS image sensor are introduced, as well as the developing status of it The feasibility of its application in the space technology is analyzed, based on the comparison of character of CMOS APS with that of CCD All these analysis and studies allow the conclusion that as the CMOS technology and its application technology develop, CMOS image sensor must be a potential replacement of CCD in the field of micro&nano satellite
