摘    要:在ICCD摄像机上加装一个半导体制冷器,对像增强器进行实时降温处理,以降低系统时空域噪声。为了评价半导体制冷器对ICCD系统噪声的影响,运用三维噪声模型对制冷前后系统的时空域噪声和信噪比进行了分析,发现半导体制冷器能够有效地降低像管的噪声。

Abstract:In order to improve the SNR of low light imaging system, the semi_conductor cooler was equipped with the ICCD, lowering temperature in real time and decreasing the space_time noise of the system. The 3D noise model was used to evaluate the action of the cooler to the ICCD noise by calculating the time domain noise, the space domain noise and the SNR of the system before and after the refrigeration. The test data validated that the semi_conductor cooler can effectively reduce the noise of the low light level imaging system.
