摘    要:本文描述了用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺Er3+的SiO2干凝胶和玻璃,用差热分析(DTA)和FTIR研究了干凝胶和玻璃的性质,测定了掺Er3+凝胶和玻璃的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。

Abstract:Er 3+ doped dry gel and glass were prepared by the Sol gel method. DTA and FTIR were used to study the fundamental properties of the gel and glass. The absorption and emission spectra of the gel and glass were measured.
