摘    要:报道了熔锥型1310nm/1550nm波分复用器的设计和制作方法。运用光纤耦合器的耦合机理,从理论上得出了耦合功率和拉伸长度的关系,当拉伸长度大约为9.5mm时,可以实现1310nm/1550nm波分复用。采用熔融拉锥系统,制作了样品。测试表明,器件的隔离度大于21dB,附加损耗小于0.1dB,该器件的指标都达到了实用化的要求。

Abstract:The design and fabricated method of fused-taped 1310nm/1550nm wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer(WDM) is reported.With the coupling mechanism of the fiber coupler,the relationship of the coupling ratio and fused pull length is obtained theoretically and the fused pull length is about 9.5mm,the device will realize the wave-length allocation.The samples are manufactured successfully with the fused-taped system.The testing results show that the isolation of the device is more than 21dB and the excess loss is less than 0.1dB.The performance of the device is conformed to the request very well.
