Abstract:This paper offers a review on the development of the high temperature moire interferometry. The manufacturing grating techniques, the optical measuring system as well as the applications on the residual creep of high temperature pipeline, the creep deformation of No.20 carbon steel material, the residual deformation of laser welding specimen are briefly summarized and analysed.
