摘    要:介绍了一种基于红外光谱吸收原理 ,利用钽酸锂热释电探测器实现一氧化碳浓度测量的装置。该装置主要由探测器系统、信号放大与处理系统及显示报警系统三部分组成。介绍了该装置的工作原理、基本结构及主要技术指标。讨论了其中的技术难点及其相应的解决方法。

Abstract:The concentration measurement instrument of carb on monoxide based on spectrum infrared absorption theory consists of detector sy stem, signal amplifying and controlling system, display and warning system. In d etail, the detector system is mainly composed of plane light source, infrared wi ndows, gas path, sampling pump, chopper, narrow-band filter and infrared detect or. The signal amplifying and controlling system is mainly composed of voltage f ollower amplifier, selective frequency amplifier, shaping amplifier, sampling ho ld circuit, multi-channel-simulated switch, A/D converter and 8031 chip proces sor. And the display and warning system is mainly composed of indicator, printer , acoustic warning apparatus and I/O circuit. The principle, the structure and t he main specification of the instrument are presented. The key technologies and its corresponding solution methods are discussed.
