大视场CCD成像系统像面均匀性测试技术研究

摘    要:以光度学为理论基础,研究了大视场CCD成像系统像面均匀性测试技术。论述了600~800mm非对称、双半球不等半径积分球的设计方案。对像面均匀性测试系统的积分球出口进行了测试,出口处的照度不均匀性不高于2.3%,照度不稳定性不高于2.7%,积分球后半球内表面的亮度不均匀性不高于4.4%。在对测试结果进行误差分析的基础上,对大视场CCD摄像机进行了实际测试。结果表明,该装置可广泛应用于光电成像系统的像面均匀性测量。

Abstract:Based on the theory of photometry,measuring image sensors' uniformity of the CCD image-forming system with large-field angle is researched.An initiate structure of integrating sphere,with 600~800mm asymmetric double-hemisphere,was manufactured.At the outlet of the integrating sphere,the heterogeneity of illuminance is less than or equal to 2.3%,the instability of illuminance is less than or equal to 2.7%,and the heterogeneity of luminance of the inner surface is less than or equal to 4.4%.On the basis of the error analysis of testing results,the experiment of the CCD camera with large-field angle indicates that this device can be widely utilized in the measuring of image sensors' uniformity of image-forming systems.
