双光反馈半导体激光测距传感器模型

摘    要:利用线性调频半导体激光器的光反馈效应,可实现绝对距离的测量,但由于半导体激光器光频受环境温度影响较大,限制了该方法的测量精度和稳定性,为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于双光反馈的绝对测距方法,并给出了理论模型;理论分析表明,通过联合运用傅立叶变换技术和参考技术,可以降低由温度变化形成的误差,提高系统的测距精度及稳定性。

Abstract:The absolute distance measurement can be performed by using the optical feedback effect in a linear frequency modulated laser diode. The accuracy and stability of this method is limited because lasing frequency of LD is significantly affected by the variation of the surrounding temperature. To overcome this problem, A novel technique for distance measurement based on daul optical feedback is proposed and theoretical model is given in this paper. The theoretical analysis shows that the error caused by the fluctuation of the surrounding temperature can be reduced and accuracy and stability can be improved greatly by combining Fourier transform technique with the reference technique.
