摘    要:针对面阵CCD测温系统的复杂性及对波长的不可选择性,提出了一种利用线阵CCD进行温度测量的方法,并在2.5kW热处理炉上对其进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该方法简单易行,可任意选择波长组合,利用CCD光谱响应及比色测温原理,得到了测量点的温度值。由于受波长等多种因素的影响,所测得的值之间偏差较大。为了减小误差,引入了加权实时数据融合算法。与传统的算术均值方法相比,该算法计算量小,精度较高,且无需任何先验知识,仅根据各传感器的输出信息就能使融合后的估计值得到优化。

Abstract:The temperature measurement system based on Charge-Coupled Devices(CCD) and Wien's radiation law has been developed for industrial heat treatment.Because,the system based on a matrix CCD is complex and has no choice to use the three wavelengths of red,green and blue.A new method based on a linear CCD is presented.By using the method,experiments are performed on a 2.5kW heat treatment furnace,which shows that wavelengths can be chosen randomly to get the temperature.To reduce the errors,a multi-sensor weighted fusion algorithm is applied.Compared with the arithmetic mean method,the algorithm can get optimal temperature without any prior knowledge of the surveying data.
