基于CCD的新型尿液分析仪设计

摘    要:尿液分析仪是用来检测人体尿液中某些成分含量的分析仪器,是诊断泌尿系统疾病的常用设备。目前尿液分析仪普遍采用光电二极管或光电三极管作为光检测传感器,造成测量速度慢。介绍了CCD图像传感器在尿液分析中的测试原理,设计并实现了基于CCD的新型尿液分析仪的原形系统,该系统采用了触摸屏和重新设计的试剂带传送装置。结果表明,新研制的尿液分析仪功能齐备,其测试速度及操作性能都有了很大的提高。

Abstract:Urine analyzer is a commonly used medical device for diagnosing illness of human urinary system by detecting its urine chemical constituents.In most today's urine analyzer,photoelectric cell is often used as a sensor to detect the colors of every piece in the urine test paper step by step;hence the detecting speed is slow.In this paper,a new urine analyzer based on CCD image sensor is introduced.A well designed touching screen system and new designed test paper conveying mechanism are also developed for this new system.As the results are with the newly developed urine analyzer features complete function,good performance and high test speed.
