摘    要:为实现某武器系统核心部件的自动精确测量,依据通用三坐标测量系统设计原理,研制了一套激光扫描自动测量系统。本文首先介绍了测量系统的组成;然后从激光测量头测量原理、电路原理和气路原理等三方面介绍了系统的工作原理;通过建立理想测量模型和实际测量模型,给出了测量坐标系与用户坐标系的转换关系及利用标准件进行系统参数标定的方法;最后,通过建立准刚体误差数学模型,对系统误差进行了分析、计算。测量结果表明,该系统单点测量精度优于7μm,球面度测量精度优于22μm。

Abstract:In order to realize automatic accurate measurement of the key part in certain weapon system,according to the design principle of 3-coordinate measuring system in common use,a laser scanning auto-measuring system is proposed.In this paper,structure of the measuring system is introduced at first;The second,working principles of the measuring system is introduced form three aspects,they are measuring principles of the laser head,circuit working principles and air current working principles;The third,the transform relationship between the measuring coordinate series and the user coordinate series is gave through establishes the ideal measuring model and real measuring model,in the same time,the standardizing method with standard parts of system parameters is also discussed;The last,the system error is discussed by establishes the quasi-rigid body error model.The measuring result shows that the measurement accuracy of single point y is batter than 7μm and the measurement accuracy of spherical surface degree is batter than 22μm.
