双LD调制宽光束准直法

摘    要:在激光准直技术中,减少光束漂移、降低大气扰动对光束的影响尤为重要。本文介绍一种双半导体激光器(LD)交替调制宽光束准直方法。它用棱镜的两反射面将光束分成对称的两部分,对棱镜的棱线形成的光束分界线作为准直基准。与传统的He-Ne激光细光束准直法相比,这种方法受大气扰动的影响小,光束漂移小,准直基线的稳定性好。

Abstract:In laser collimating system, it is especially important to reduce the influence of air disturb. A wide beam collimating method with double LD modulation is introduced in thes paper. It separates the light beam into two parts with the two reflecting planes of the prism and takes the light boundary line formed by the crest line of the prism as the collimating datas line. Comparing with the traditional He Ne laser narrow beam collimating method, it has the advantages of the less influence of air disturb, minor light beam drift and high stability of the datum line.
