滚转角测量方法综述

摘    要:基于直角坐标系统的机床或测量机共有21项结构误差,其中18项误差可以用现成的干涉仪测量,另外3项滚转角误差是最难测量的参数。目前国内外对机械导轨运动副的滚转角误差的检测还处于一种研究和探索阶段。介绍了目前国内外的几种测量滚转角的方法,并给出了每种测量方法的原理和发展现状,比较了各种方法的优缺点,讨论了其发展趋势。给出了提高测量滚转角灵敏度的几条途径。

Abstract:Machine tools and coordinate measurement machine (CMM) with rectangular coordinate system have 21 items of geometric errors, 18 of which are measured by ready-made interferometer, the rest 3 items rolling angle errors are the most difficult parameter to be measured. At present, it is in the phase of research and exploration for the methods of measuring rolling angle of the moving mechanism auxiliary guide rail. Several developed methods of rolling angle measurement are described in detail. The principle, the status of development and the application situations of each method are displayed. The advantages and disadvantages are compared. Some ideas about its trend and some ways about improving measurement sensitivity of rolling angle are given.
