摘    要:人工心脏瓣膜投入临床应用前必须经过体外血流动力学性能检测和评价 ,心瓣的开口面积是重要指标之一。介绍的方法是利用计算机控制血液循环系统模拟装置的运动 ,实时采集心瓣开闭过程的图像 ,同时检测流经心瓣的血流量及跨瓣压差 ,利用图像处理方法计算出心瓣开口的实际面积 ,为分析开口面积与流量、压力的关系提供数据

Abstract:Before the prosthetic valve be placed into human heart, its hemodynamic performance must be evaluated in vitro,and the orifice area is one of the important properties The blood cycle system simulator was controlled by a computer, the images of prosthetic valve were captured and blood flow rate and pulse pressure were detected in real time Then the images of the prosthetic valve were used to calculate the valve orifice area The relationship between pulse pressure, flow rate and orifice area could be derived
