一种光纤光声SO_2气体浓度传感器的研究

摘    要:论述了光声光谱信号的产生原理,研究了一种新型光声光纤SO2气体浓度传感器,建立了适合应用光纤作为传感器的数学模型。采用染料激光器作为激励光源,用光纤位移传感器代替传统的微音器,测量被气体吸收并转变为声压信号,从而对SO2气体浓度进行测量。给出了实验结果,分析了影响灵敏度的主要因素,提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:Based on the theory of photoacoustic signal, a new system using optic fiber for high sensitivity SO_2 concentration detection is demonstrated. The mathematical model of gas concentration measurement is built up. Using laser source as incentive light source, and using optical fiber sensor instead of traditional microphone measure the photoacoustic signal absorbed by SO_2 gas and the concentration of gas can be obtained. The result of test is showed and the main factors that effect sensitivity of detection are analysed.
