多核DSP高速实时信号处理系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于TI公司多核定点DSP(TMS320C6474)的高速实时数字信号处理系统。系统利用FPGA作为控制单元和转接芯片,通过SRIO接口作为DSP芯片的数据输入输出接口,具有信号处理能力超高、输入输出接口简洁、以及存储能力较大的优点。在软件实现中,利用了乒乓数据吞吐,静态内存分配技术和三核软件同步机制,通过优化算法,高效地实现了三核DSP实时信号处理,计算效率达到了设计要求。在项目图像信号实时处理中得到了成功应用,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:A high-speed real-time digital signal processing system based on TI’s multi-point DSP(TMS320C6474) is described.By using FPGA devices as control unit and switching chip and SRIO interface as the data input and output interfaces for DSP chip,the system has a lot of characters,including high signal processing power,simple input and output interface and huge memory capability.In the software implementation,through using optimization algorithm,including ping-pong data throughput,static memory allocation techniques and three core software synchronization mechanism,the system realize three-core DSP real time signal processing and calculating efficiency meet the design requirements.The successful application of the image signal process in a scientific research project show that it has good ability to fill the high speed digital signal process.
