摘    要:为了研究驱油体系在模拟岩芯表面的润湿性 ,为微重力应用研究提供依据 ,选择胜利纯梁采油厂C6 4 1井原油 ,应用正交实验设计 ,通过最低瞬时界面张力测定 ,筛选出阴离子表面活性剂SDC V、非离子表面活性剂FBB、HPAM和复碱的驱油体系配方 .开展室内模拟驱油实验 ,同时测定驱油体系溶液对模拟岩芯的接触角 ,并且关联驱油效率和接触角之间的关系 ,发现驱油效率越高 ,接触角值越小

Abstract:In order to research the flooding efficiency of flooding systems and wettability on the simulant rock surface, the orthogonal-test-design method was used to determine the optimal formula for the crude oil from the Chunliang zone of Shengli oil field by transient interfacial tension (IFT). The results indicate that two optimal formulas are naturally mixed carboxylate SDC-V(0.35%, 0.36%), nonionic surfactant FBB (0.06%, 0.07%), Alkaline NaHCO 3/Na 2CO 3 weight ratio of (0.8%, 1.2%) and HPAM (0.05%, 0.15%), and in the coreflood experiment, their oil recovery are (14.6%, 16.7%) OOIP respectively. The contact angles have been determined for the two optimal formula systems and their components on the simulant rock surface, which points out the relationship between the flooding efficiency and contact angle is showed identification, that is, the more oil recovery the less contact angle. It will be useful to the application research of microgravity.
