摘    要:在CFCl3分子的同步辐射光激发正负离子解离过程中,利用负离子飞行时间质谱技术观测到了F-和Cl-(包括35Cl-37Cl-),测量得到了35Cl-37Cl-在7.75~22.00 eV的负离子产额效率谱. 实验得到CFCl3→CFCl
