石墨价带结构及其与过渡金属镍的相互作用

摘    要:用XPS和UPS技术细致地研究了石墨的价带结构,并与Painter等人计算的结果相比较。在石墨上蒸镀镍后,碳原子与镍原子相互作用,在石墨表面形成一层碳化镍。从镀镍后的AES谱可看到碳化镍的Auger特征峰,碳化镍的形成,使C 2Px,y轨道上升到费密能级下5eV附近,而2Px轨道则上升到靠近费密能级处。 关键词

Abstract:The valence-band structure of graphite was investigated by UPS and XPS, and the result was compared with theoretical result of Painter et al. Due to the interaction of C-atom with Ni-atom, Ni3C was observed after vapor deposition of Ni on graphite surface. The C 2px,y orbital is raised up to 5eV below the Fermi lever, while the C 2px orbital is approaching the Fermi lever closely after formation of Ni3C.
