铁基纳米晶合金的热膨胀研究

摘    要:研究了铁基纳米晶合金Fe13.5CuNbSi13.5和Fe91Zr的热膨胀特性,并与相应成分的非晶合金做了比较。结果表明,在居里温度以下,纳米晶合金的热膨胀系数比非晶合金大得多,而在居里温度以上,两者几乎相等。认为上述的热膨胀的差别可能与铁基非晶态合金中存在的因瓦效应有关。 关键词

Abstract:Thermal expansion properties of Fe-based nanocrystalline Fe13.5CuNbSi13.5 and Fe91Zr alloys are studied, and are compared with that of the amorphous alloys with the same composition. The experimental results indicated that, below Curie temperature, the thermal expansion coefficients of the nanocrystalline alloys are much greater than that of the amorphous alloys, and above Curie temperature, the thermal expansion coefficients of the nanocrystalline alloys exceed that of the amorphous alloys a little. We believe that the difference of the thermal expansion between Fe-based nanocrystalline and amorphous alloys is related to the Invar effect.
