D2钢系列涂层磨损性能的数值模拟

摘    要:采用真空离子镀的方式在AISI D2钢基体上制备渗N,TiN及复合涂层,并采用模拟和实验的方法研究涂层的磨损性能.将Archard经典粘着磨损模型离散化后用Fortran子程序的形式嵌入到商业化的有限元软件中,以求解接触摩擦过程中接触区每个节点或单元的磨损深度,定量分析了基体及三种涂层的磨损深度.研究结果表明,复合涂层具有最优耐磨性能.实验结果与模拟结果相符合. 关键词: 磨损 数值模拟 渗N TiN

Abstract:By using the vacuum ion plating technique, nitriding, titanium nitride and their complex coatings are plated on AISI D2 steel, and the finite element analysis (FEA) and experiments are employed to investigate their wear resistance. Archard adhesive wear law based on classic model is embedded into the commercial FEA software in the manner of Fortran subroutine, thereby calculating the wear depth of each node during the contact friction process. The wear depths of substrate and three kinds of coatings are quantitatively analyzed. It is shown that duplex treatment has an optimal wear resistance, and the simulation results are in good agreement with experimental measurements.
