缓变波导开放谐振腔的理论分析

摘    要:本文给出了确定任意纵剖面形状的缓变波导开放谐振腔内各模式谐振频率的普遍关系式。探讨了腔内各谐振模式场的纵向分布函数的求解方法。具体地分析了鼓形腔和双圆锥腔,分别推导了这两种开放腔各模式的固有谐振频率公式以及场的纵向分布函数。理论分析与实验结果甚为一致。

Abstract:In this paper, we obtain a general equation for determining the resonant frequencies of all the modes in an open resonator in the form of waveguide with slow-varied cross section, which has any shape of longitudinal profile. The method to solve the field longitudinal distribution function in the resonators is investigated. As examples, we derived formulas for determining the resonant frequencies of all the modes for two kinds of resonators that have drum shape and dual-cone shape intersurfaces.A good agreement between the theoretical analysis and the experimental results has been demonstrated.
