摘    要:利用角色散和材料色散得到了反射型棱栅的二阶、三阶色散完整的解析表达式,与光线追迹法的结果能很好地符合,利于工程中棱栅的设计.系统分析了温度、棱栅结构参数对其色散的影响.结果表明,温度、棱镜材料折射率、插入量、棱栅间距对棱栅色散影响很小.而入射角、光栅常数、棱镜项角等对色散的影响很大,可以调节上述参数来改变棱栅的色散,从而补偿放大介质等材料色散.

Abstract:We provide detailed analytical expressions of group-delay dispersion and three-order dispersion for reflection grism-pair using angle dispersion and material dispersion. The dispersion formulas obtained in this study are consistent with the results of the ray-tracing method. The analytical expressions can be used to design a grism-pair for compensating for the dispersive material. Furthermore, the dispersion performances of the grism pair depending on structural parameters and temperature are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the parameters have a large influence on the dispersion of grism, such as incidence angle, grating constant, and apex angle of the prism. To compensate for material dispersion of amplifying medium, we can adjust the above parameters to obtain group delay dispersion and third order dispersion.
