| 摘 要： | 本文利用二维核Overhauser效应相关谱,研究了三尖杉碱、赤霉酸甲酯、甘五酸及毛叶酯等四个天然产物的有关结构和立体化学问题.表明NOESY谱用于归属其它方法难以指定的NMR谱线、构型和构象的分析等方面极其有效.

| Abstract: | The two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect correlated spectroscopy (NOESY) technique was successfully applied to investigate the structure and stereochemistry problems of some natural products, such as cephalotaxine, methyl gibberellate, ganwuweizic acid and rabdosinate. It is confirmed that NOESY is powerful and effective for the NMR chemical shift assignments which can hardly be done by conventional techniques, especially for the molecular configuration and conformation analysis. |
